Now, on to her fourth iteration, Sar is “re‑aspiring” — reclaiming creativity, purpose, and joy while celebrating and advocating for queers like them. MisTERgendered grew out of the telus ORGINAL documentary Not Quite That, an intimate and insightful exploration of how we are seen, how we see ourselves, and why it matters.

Mis(TER)gendered exists to meet that need: a movement dedicated to advocating for, celebrating, and illuminating the lives and stories too often overlooked.
